The Office of the Registrar is under the Academic Directorate and is located at the Ground Floor besides the Academic Director’s Office and near the entrance to the main build-ing of the college.

The Office of the Registrar is an academic service unit that administers operations in the areas of: enrollment, student records, gradua-tion, government liaison and other related ser-vices.

The Registrar’s Office envisions itself as a service oriented office providing prompt, effec-tive, responsive, efficient, and courteous ser-vices to the academic community and external entities.

The Office of the Registrar promotes the vision of the Manila Doctors Col-lege to be a Model Institution of Higher Learning in Health and other disci-plines, a center of total human devel-opment founded on a culture of excel-lence and nurturance.

The Office of the Registrar shall be the repository of student records and committed to the preservation of the integrity and the credi-bility of all its records and services.

As part of the academic directorate of the college the Registrar’s Office is committed to providing relevant information to the entire academic community anytime its services will be needed.

Organizational Setup The Office of the Registrar has four (4) sections namely the Admission Section, Re-cords Section, Liaison Section, and the Evalua-tion Section. The Admission Section handles the fresh-men and transferee students who wish to enroll in the college. Programs offered are as follows:

• BS in Nursing
• BS in Psychology
• BS in Holistic Nutrition with Culinary Arts
• BS in Hotel & Restaurant Management
• BS in Zoology
• Certificate in Nursing Assistant Program
• Caregiver Program (TESDA Accredited)
• Certificate in Pulmonary Therapy

Admission requirements includes
• Application Form
• Four (4) 2 x 2 ID pictures
• Certified True Copy of Birth Certificate from NSO
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• High School CARD
• MDC Entrance Examination
• MDC Physical Examination

The Records Section handles the safekeep-ing and integrity of all the student documents kept in the storage room of the office.

The Liaison Section handles the external transactions of the registrar particularly with the Commission on Higher Education and other re-lated agencies which the college have external relationship and requirements.

The Evaluation Section handles the course evaluation of all the students in the college. This section determines the deficiencies and other requirements the students need to accomplished before they can graduate or declared candidate for graduation.
